DYNAMICS OF FLOW

Invites you to understand the basic principles of proper alignment, helping you create a seamless flow in your personal practice. Discover the techniques that will take away all the guess work out of your postures helping you understand it, and you can become mindfully engaged in your body and a sense of freedom. This workshop includes modification and suggestions as well as adjustments per individuals.

G.O.M.L Fitness 

This program is designed for Athletes in mind to help improve your performance in your practice, reduce the risk of injuries from repetitive strain or overuse and reduce burn-out. We have created this program with Eastern and Western philosophy to condition different muscle groups, help develop new set of skills, Improve agility, cardio, strength, flexibility and speed. In just two weeks a Pro Athlete will see and feel the changes.

 

RESTORATIVE FLOW

Join us on this invigorating, deep relaxing and rejuvenating practice that will awaken your senses. A class that is designed for those who want a slower pace combined with a restorative twist. Props, such as bolsters, blocks and straps will be added through-out your practice. You will increase mobility and flexibility while enhancing physical and mental vitality.

This workshop is ideal for all levels, those with injuries, seniors and special needs.

 

YOUTH PROGRAM

This camp is designed for children of 6 to 12 years of age. Fostering creativity through music, sounds, dance, and art. Your child will build social skills by interacting with other children in games that will teach them leadership, awareness of their senses while boosting self-esteem and improving their motor skills and physical fitness through the art of yoga.  

 

RELIEVING BACK PAIN THROUGH YOGA 

 

Many back pain sufferers find yoga to be very effective in reducing their pain. Over time, yoga can increase your strength and flexibility, effectively counteracting the tightness and weak muscles that cause many types of back pain.

I will introduce a series of four yoga poses for beginners that is intended to support back health. These poses are very gentle and serve as an introduction to basic stretching.

The second series are intermediate poses that are designed to prevent back pain by improving basic spinal flexibility, strengthening the core and the spinal support muscles and becoming comfortable with the movements that control flexion and extension of the spine.

The third series are of standing yoga poses, that will help to create an awareness of the alignment of the hips and stretch the hamstrings, often problem areas. Standing poses are challenging for some people with back pain, but when appropriate, can improve your body alignment, which in turn improves your posture and helps alleviate back pain.
