Orange Lotus Studio is pleased to announce, May 2010 we will be conducting the RYT Teacher Training Program. 
We have put together an exciting program that will take you through a 200 hour multi level Hatha Yoga that meets the Yoga Alliance requirements. It is a 12 weekend long of learning the fundamental skills that are necessary to become a yoga teacher, and a fantastic way to deepen your practice. 
From the very first weekend, students are discovering their own voices and soulful expression with our rich and intensive program that will fully bring to life the depth and joy of Yoga.

Course topics include: Daily Yoga practice, history and evolution of Yoga, meditation and mantras, sanskrit for Yoga teachers, understanding the Bhagavad Gita, anatomy, yogic diet, ayurveda, pranayama (breath work), Intensive study and practice of asanas (postures), assisting and modification of poses, Observation of and assisting of classes, practice teaching, and many other topics are included, as well
